Delivery

We use Australia Post eParcel to post most of our products with tracking information. We can deliver your items to your home, work addresses, PO Boxes as well as to rural & regional areas.

Your item will be delivered during normal business hours weekdays only. If no one is attended at the address, parcel will be left at the nearest postal outlet for collection.

Please allow up to 1-2 working days for dispatch from the time your payment has been verified. In most cases it is much quicker.

Delivery time is depending on where you are in Australia or Overseas . Actual transit times range depending on your delivery address.Please use link below to get an estimate delivery time:

Before you pay, please note:

1.) Confirm that you are providing the correct delivery address. We do not recommend changing the address after the purchase through the message, because we rely more on the system to automatically execute the order delivery, we can not ensure that human intervention can take effect in time before shipment.
2.) It is recommended to read our Shipping, Payment, Return and Warranty terms & conditons carefully, paying particular attention to the statements on our shipping term, to fully protect your rights and interests.
3.) Custom clearance fees and import tax or VAT may apply when item enter your country. Please note we are not responsibility for any duties and taxes levied on products entering your country. Make sure you check with your local government authority prior to your purchase.

Please note that if the parcel is returned to sender due to the wrong address having been provided, you will need to pay a $10 restocking fee and if you want to cancel the order we will deduct a $10 restocking fee from your total refund. Once the returned to sender parcel is received we will send out a notification email to confirm the correct address, and we will keep your stock for two weeks only if we don't get a response from you.

If the cancel or exchange requests made after the dispatching a $10 restocking fee will be charged as well.

 

Returns

Holiday Return Policy:

Items purchased at the Online Store received between 10 November and 25 December 2021 may be returned until 25 January 2022. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in the Online Store Sales and Refunds Policy are still applicable with respect to such items purchased. All purchases made after 25 December 2021 are subject to the Standard Return Policy.

NO RISK 30 DAY EXCHANGES, RETURN AND REFUNDS

If you would like to return your purchases, please contact us via email first (hello@UglyBoots.com.au) to get the return approved. In your e-mail, please kindly provide your order information and the service you require. You will then receive a confirmation email with your ticket number and instructions about how to return. We offer returns for items that purchased within 30 days.

Note:

- The items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.

- If you would like to return your purchase because of sizes or simply change your mind, the return postage will be at your cost while we cover the second delivery if the exchange is needed. If you return for refund, the postage is non-refundable.

- If we sent you a faulty or wrong item, we will provide you a return label to send it back.

- Please make sure you include a note in the return parcel with your order number, name, request and delivery address.

 

Warranty

Our products are warranted for 3 months against defective materials and workmanship. This does not extend to problems that arise from normal wear and tear. Slight dye transfer may occur with darker coloured sheepskin during first few wears. Lighter coloured sheepskin may pickup inks from clothing with which it comes in contact. This discolouration is not covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty.

Because sheepskin is a natural product, there may be some irregularities and variations in colour and texture. These traits are characteristic of fine sheepskin and add to the beauty and character of the footwear. These characteristics may cause variations in the fit and wear of some sheepskin products. These irregularities and variations are not covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty.
